

Steve Pailthorpe
Steve is the founder and Chief Executive of Iconic Digital. He is widely recognised as a lead practitioner in the fields of digital marketing and Search Engine Optimisation having gained international recognition through his publications.
Steve is also the lead digital advisor to a number of government departments and consults for several leading international brands on the future of digital marketing. He is listed in the Future50 Digital Entrepreneurs and holds two gold medallions for Best in Search and Best in Social in the National Industry Awards 2020 and 2021. Steve was also awarded Outstanding Entrepreneur in the Global Business Excellence Awards in 2017 and Entrepreneur of the Year in the Best Business Awards 2018. He also has won 4 years consecutively in the European BizX Awards, this year scooping the 'CEO of the Year' for services to business during the global pandemic.
Over the last 10 years, Steve has continued to be focused on several charity projects, primarily through his charity Crown Global, of which he is the President. As part of this, Steve is part of the leadership of Crown Family Church, a thriving contemporary church in Wallington, UK. Steve is also a trusted advisor to several global charities including holding board level roles as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee, including Chair of Trustees of Mission24 and Lifelink.

This vision has taken Steve to 35 countries, providing support and advice to leaders at all levels of society. As a social entrepreneur, Steve has led our Board of Directors to fulfil a unique mandate to give 30% of our profits to good causes as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
Steve is committed to the growth and development of the City of London and he is an active Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors, which represents the marketing profession across the UK. Steve holds a degree from the University of Surrey and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He can regularly be seen speaking at exhibitions, workshops and conferences across the world and has authored several publications around his area of interest.
